WebChronomics service is simply woeful. Chronomics service is simply amateur & absolutely disgraceful. 1 star is too kind. After Tui cancelled my holiday I rang Chronomics for a refund several times just looped automated messages, e mailed customer services 6 times for refund as was their refund procedures at the time of my contract. WebDid the PCR tests at the earliest possible moment and took them to Tui as instructed. That was 2 days ago. Yesterday the dashboard was stuck at registered, no sign of receipt at lab. Phoned Chronomics they put you through to Tui who didn't seem concerned and said they can only chase 24 hours before the flight and to phone back today. Contacted ...
