My PVP said that the port fees/taxes can fluctuate, so I had to pay about 7.00 pp for the increase. It was worth it though to switch to Early Saver, as a couple of weeks later I had a price drop of $25 per person. WebEarly Saver: The deposit is non-refundable at any time after the booking is made.
